Business Consultant – Identity and Access Management

We have an excellent opportunity for a proven Business Consultant / Business Analyst to further expand their skills and experience by joining our team to work with our growing portfolio of private and public sector clients in the delivery of leading Identity and Access Management solutions.

Position:  Business Consultant – Identity and Access Management

Locations:  
UK:
 Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire – Office and customer site with an opportunity for regular home working
FIN: Espoo – Office based and customer site
NL: Houten – Office based and customer site

Salary:  Excellent salary offered, dependent on previous experience

Our requirements for this position

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent);
  • Over 5 years of experience taking a lead role in the successful definition and execution of programmes of work that have delivered business improvement and best practice alongside the implementation of enterprise IT solutions;
  • Must have diverse experience of delivering consultancy for multiple mid-to-large size organisations across a range of industry sectors;
  • Will have strong technical awareness and an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Will be able to demonstrate a range of experience across the following areas:
    • Strong analytical approach – working with business process owners, application owners and other Subject Matter Experts to elicit requirements, determine areas for improvement and formulate business change roadmaps and strategies;
    • Influencing and inspiring stakeholders by presenting recommendations, driving discussions and developing relationships at all levels of an organisation;
    • Defining and supporting the execution of subsequent programmes of work that implement the required changes;
    • Leading and managing programme change teams where appropriate;
    • Assessing the effectiveness of changes including tracking costs and measuring benefits of changes;
    • Authoring and presenting reports to management audiences;
    • Creating and presenting learning materials to both technical and business audiences;
    • Identifying new opportunities for further consultancy;
    • Producing other written content, proposals, and marketing materials to support business growth.
  • A thorough awareness of information security principles and IT/business audit requirements is a key requirement for this position;
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery Management;
  • Must be an excellent client facing individual with first class communication skills (both verbal and written) and a track record of successful customer focused delivery;
  • You will be a self-motivated individual who is able to take a pro-active approach to work assignments;
  • Opportunity to travel – this role will be based on client-sites (approximately 20-30%) but will otherwise allow for your time to be home and office based;
  • You should have a strong desire to further your career within the Information Security Sector.

Consultant responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end Consultancy services to public and private sector clients;
  • Working as a member of our team on the implementation of first-class Identity and Access Management solutions that exceed customer expectations;
  • Accountable for the quality of business facing aspects of Identity Management solutions across multiple customer projects;
  • Will be able to manage client relationships and work with the senior management and key stakeholders of our customers to determine business requirements and articulate options for solution delivery;
  • Will provide leadership and mentoring to colleagues and customers to enable their own skills development;
