Identity and Access Management Consultant / Software Developer

We have an excellent opportunity for a strong Software Developer to expand their skills within the rapidly growing field of Information Security to become an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant. Although existing skills in this field would be beneficial, no previous experience is required as successful applicants will receive training to help them progress to an advanced level.

Position:  Identity and Access Management Consultant / Software Developer

Locations:  
UK:
 Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire – Office and customer site with an opportunity for regular home working
FIN: Espoo – Office based and customer site
NL: Houten – Office based and customer site

Salary:  Dependent on previous experience

Our requirements for this position

  • You will be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in Computer Science or an IT related area.
  • You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the development of C#/VB .NET and/or Java/J2EE solutions.
  • You will have experience within a technical client facing position (i.e. pre-sales, project delivery, consultancy etc) and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of customer-focused delivery.
  • You will have excellent problem-solving skills and will be a strong communicator – both written and verbal.
  • You will be a self-motivated individual who is able to take a pro-active approach to work assignments.
  • Opportunity to travel – this role will require some client-site work (approximately 20-30%).
  • We would be particularly keen to hear from Software Developers with a knowledge of Identity or Access Management technologies or products, although this is not essential.
  • You should have a desire and interest to work within the Information Security Sector.

Consultant responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end Consultancy services to public and private sector clients.
  • Working as a member of our team on the implementation of first-class Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Project based work covers all aspects from initial engagement, through to requirements, analysis, design and implementation.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities will include the build, configuration and integration/development of customer solutions utilising leading IAM vendor technologies.
  • May be required to work across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
