Position: Swedish speaking Identity and Access Management Business Development Manager

As a one of the most experienced Identity & Access Management service provider in Scandinavia, Intragen delivers all phases including planning, design, development, deployment and managed services to its large enterprise customers all over Europe. You will be a key member of the IAM sales team and will be responsible for revenue goals in key markets across Scandinavia.
The successful candidate will work closely with Intragen’s international sales team and you report to our Nordic Regional Director in Finland and International Sales Director located in Netherlands. Your home office is located in Espoo, Finland. In this role you will collaborate with field sales, development, product offering, marketing, technical sales and professional teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring that win plans and incremental milestones are met in a timely and successful manner for active opportunities. You will track, manage and be the lead facilitator, proactively engaging all key stakeholders as required to progress the opportunity.
You will also be responsible for driving enablement programs to support and mentor the extended sales team. It will be critical to leverage competitive strategies, sales plays, pricing, subject matter expertise as well as engage partners, to penetrate competitive environments and win new customers.
We are a leading Identity & Access Management service provider in European area. Our services cover: Professional consulting services, technical implementations, training and managed services. Intragen has currently three offices located in Netherlands, United Kingdom and Finland. We employ currently about 45 people which makes us a nice and close family together.
