Account manager

Intragen is one of the leading Identity & Access Management service provider in European area. Our services cover: Professional consulting services, technical implementations, training and managed services. Intragen has currently three offices located in Netherlands, United Kingdom and Finland. As account manager you will be a key member of our IAM sales team and will be responsible for revenue goals in key markets across The UK and other countries in Europe. Your home office is located in Wyboston.

Responsibilities

Our new account manager will be responsible for ensuring that win plans and incremental milestones are met in a timely and successful manner for active opportunities. You will track, manage and be the lead facilitator, proactively engaging all key stakeholders as required to progress the opportunity. 

You will also be responsible for driving enablement programs to support and mentor the extended sales team. It will be critical to leverage competitive strategies, sales plays, pricing, subject matter expertise as well as engage partners, to penetrate competitive environments and win new customers.

What we ask for

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Experience in Enterprise software, managed services, software development or ICT services/solution sales
  • Understanding and ability to articulate the benefits of various deployment models such as SaaS, private cloud, on-premises, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver value and develop positive customer relationships
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple deals across the assigned region
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate with our international sales team
  • Advanced sales skills with ability to manage complex deal structures & negotiations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct enablement and implement sales plays
  • Experience in answering to a large RFPs.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in primary IAM domains – Identity Governance, Single Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication & Privileged Identity Management
  • General security domain knowledge and ability to communicate value for customers
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Experience from different contract models in private and public sector
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Advanced sales skills with ability to manage complex deal structures & negotiations.
