What you'll do:

You will be one of three members of the marketing team at Intragen. The team is striving to establish a proven marketing machine for delivering sustainable pipeline growth. Through brand awareness, lead generation, nurture, and account-based marketing (ABM), we aim to sustain a lead funnel that caters for every stage of the buyer journey.  

The sales and marketing team is spread across our five regions (UK, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, and Germany) and we work closely together, in-person where possible, to align goals and efforts. 

Your role will involve content generation and coordination for IT leaders across a range of industries and regions. You will have the opportunity to transform our content and communications whilst developing your own skills in content marketing, internal and external communications, and digital marketing.  

 

Content 

  • Create engaging text, image and video content e.g. blogs, white papers, videos, social graphics.
  • Monitor Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to improve Intragen website Search Engine Results Page (SERP) rankings.
  • Execute and coordinate case studies and customer testimonials.
  • Work with consultants to identify and understand customer needs, pain points and questions.
  • Analyse metrics to optimise content strategy.
  • Create and execute a social media schedule.
  • Have an understanding of Intragen’s customer segments, stake holders, value propositions and competitive landscape, to identify target market segments, customers and new marketing opportunities.
  • Translate marketing strategic initiatives into campaigns: planning, execution, monitoring and adjustment.
  • Assist website development and optimisation.

Communications 

  • Develop effective corporate communication strategies.
  • Manage internal and external communications.
  • Encourage employee advocacy.
  • Align the company around brand direction, choices and tactics.
  • Align and develop product positioning and messaging across the company, and develop and execute campaigns around new product developments.
  • Customer and competitor intelligence: becoming an expert on Intragen’s USP and value.
  • Coordinating internal and external events including webinars.

Who you are (Essential): 
  • Multinational marketing experience. 
  • B2B digital marketing experience within a fast-growing technology or professional services business.  
  • A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, product and brand awareness. 
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of HubSpot and confident in the use of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Social Media Management Platforms, Marketing Automation and CRM systems.
  • Ambitious and ready to take on a challenge; be confident across all areas of B2B digital marketing and content generation. 
  • A portfolio of marketing content generation. 
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.

Who you are (Nice to have): 

  • Experience working in a variety of development environments with multiple external teams including managing digital agencies. 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. 
  • Exposure to cyber security or Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience with SEO and PPC.
  • Experience with graphic design.

Other information:

  • The role will be remote with a view to working in a London office at least twice a month.
  • The role will require regular travel (Covid dependent) to our other offices in Netherlands, Germany, Finland & Sweden.
