We’ll review your application and will let you know via email within 2 weeks if there could be a suitable role coming up shortly or whether we might be able to create a role for you. If we don't have a need for your skillset at the minute, we'll ask if you'd like us to keep your details on file for future opportunities.
Our People Partner, Jack Wilson, will then be in touch to arrange either an informal coffee meeting or a short phone call over the next 2 weeks to discuss the potential role we have in mind and talk through your CV. It's your chance to tell us about yourself and to find out more about the opportunity, so ask as many questions as you like!
Talk with the Hiring Manager
The hiring manager for the role will then be in contact via phone with in a week of your initial coffee meeting or call. They will be able to discuss the technicalities of the position with you in more depth, just remember to keep asking questions!
If we decide to progress your application, we'll let you know within 24 hours and you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview onsite over the next 2 weeks where we'll ask you more details about your skills and previous experience, as well as what you're looking for in your next role. Depending on the position you’re being interviewed for, there might be an assignment to assess your technical capabilities. Once again, keep on asking questions!
