Initial Screening

We’ll review your application and will let you know via email within 2 weeks if there could be a suitable role coming up shortly or whether we might be able to create a role for you. Phone Interview

Our People Partner, Jack Wilson, will then be in touch to arrange either an informal coffee meeting or a short phone call over the next 2 weeks to discuss the potential role we have in mind and talk through your CV. It's your chance to tell us about yourself and to find out more about the opportunity, so ask as many questions as you like!

Talk with the Hiring Manager

The hiring manager for the role will then be in contact via phone with in a week of your initial coffee meeting or call. They will be able to discuss the technicalities of the position with you in more depth, just remember to keep asking questions!

Face-to-face interview

If we decide to progress your application, we'll let you know within 24 hours and you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview onsite over the next 2 weeks where we'll ask you more details about your skills and previous experience, as well as what you're looking for in your next role. Depending on the position you’re being interviewed for, there might be an assignment to assess your technical capabilities. Once again, keep on asking questions!

Our CEO, Ian Yoxall, likes to find out more about each prospective team member. If you’ve got this far, we’re seriously considering making you an offer, so use this as an opportunity to introduce yourself and learn more about our exciting plans for 2020 and beyond. Be Relaxed

We understand that everyone gets nervous about interviews but we want you to feel as relaxed as possible – just imagine that you’re chatting with your colleagues or friends and remember, the interview if your chance to see if it’s the right role and team for you. If there is anything we can do to make you feel more relaxed during your interview, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Be Curious

At each stage of the application process, don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions - no question is a silly one! We want you to learn more about us, our way of working and the role you’ve applied for in more detail to see if we sound like the place for you.

Be Yourself

In addition to finding out more about your skills and experience, we want to know more about you – for example, what motivates you; what do you enjoy doing in your free time; what’s your proudest achievement? We’re a close-knit group with a friendly and informal working culture and are looking for people who will gel well with our team.

What do I wear to the interview?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Our dress code is smart casual with most people wearing a blouse/shirt, jeans/chinos or a casual dress/skirt in the office (or a warm jumper in the winter!) We only get our suits out for client meetings and other important occasions so don’t feel you need to wear one for your interview, unless you’d like to.

Are there any aptitude or technical tests that I need to prepare for?

Depending on the position you’re being considered for, there might be an assignment to do at the interview to assess your technical capabilities. This is nothing you need to worry about or prepare for in advance – we just want to get an idea of how you approach the task.

Who will be interviewing me?

On the day of your final interview you will be interviewed by the hiring manager for the position and one other person. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other members of the team that you could be joining.

When will I know the outcome of my interview?

We’ll aim to get back to you within 2 days after your call with our CEO, Ian. If we take a bit longer, don’t worry – it doesn’t mean that we aren't seriously considering your application or interested in making you an offer.
