6th May 2022 | Intragen announced today that Nicola Austin is joining the team as Chief People Officer. An expert in people operations, Nicola brings over 20 years of experience in building strong company cultures and developing talented employees.
Prior to Intragen, Nicola’s career spanned HR, Operations, and Project Management within the IT industry, where she was the HR and Operations Director at Tectrade (now part of the CSI Group).
Nicola said, “To be able to work in an area of the market that is so dynamic, fast-moving, and vital for businesses around the world, coupled with the exceptional skills, expertise, and reputation of Intragen, I knew it was an opportunity I wanted to grab with both hands and embrace as my next role.”
Nicola has extensive experience in creating winning cultures and high-performing teams. She believes company culture and values should be part of the everyday running of a business and wants to create an inclusive, diverse and empowering company culture that attracts and inspires people to learn, develop, and be successful.
Alex Fagioli, Intragen’s new CEO, aims to develop Intragen’s culture to develop a space where each team member can thrive in their career, and Nicola’s experience building strong company cultures will greatly facilitate this vision.
