Our mission is to protect organisations against the ever-increasing threat of a cyber attack

We’re a leading cybersecurity consultancy firm specialising in identity access management with offices based in the UK, Utrecht (The Netherlands), Stockholm (Sweden) and Helsinki (Finland). Founded in 2006 by industry experts Ian Yoxall and Mike Jones, our fast-growing client portfolio currently spans more than 7 countries and includes a wide variety of projects; everything from finance and healthcare, to energy and retail - so there’s always an interesting project to get involved with.

Our Culture

We’re an enthusiastic, professional and driven team of identity and access management consultants, software developers, project managers and sales representatives with a diverse range of skills, expertise and experience.

What do we have in common?

Our passion for technical innovation, problem solving and delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

We’re proud of our open, supportive and informal working culture and embrace a flat organisation structure:

  • Want to pitch an idea; let’s grab a coffee
  • Want some advice with a project; just pull up a chair
  • Want to voice your opinion; we’re all ears
When we’re not scoping project requirements, drawing up architectural solutions or running SQL queries, you can find us enjoying a good team lunch, bonding over karaoke at our annual company meeting or cycling together in the Amstel Gold Challenge.

Unlike other cybersecurity consultancy firms, we:

Invest in our team’s development

We set up our own dedicated training academy to ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and technical skills needed to excel in their roles and fast-track their career progression

Consider our clients as our partners

We’re strong believers that high-quality consultancy should incorporate everything from implementation through to maintenance and ongoing support, and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our clients

Encourage creativity and innovation

If we find an opportunity to enhance or streamline a process, we let our team take the lead in developing a solution

Train our team in the leading software solutions

We are experts at implementing two of the top identity access management solutions, Ping and One Identity, and make sure our team is upskilled and confident working with them

Ensure everyone gets to make an impact

We’re a small team working on complex enterprise problems where everyone has the opportunity to take ownership of specific projects and take pride in their achievements
