Our history and acquisitions

Intragen was founded in 2006 and has focused on Identity and Access Management since the start. Over the twenty years since, we have delivered more than 400 IAM implementations and earned the trust of clients across almost every sector.

Three acquisitions have shaped the business as it stands:

  • United Identity, June 2023, previously the IAM business unit of Telia in Finland, which established our Nordics presence
  • AspisID, May 2024, which strengthened our One Identity capability across Europe and added a Dutch base
  • Atlas Identity, July 2024, a specialist IAM consultancy with Okta, SailPoint, and Workato expertise

In October 2025, Intragen was acquired by the Nomios Group, a European cybersecurity and network services group operating more than twenty offices across seven countries. Intragen's Academy

The Intragen Academy: addressing Europe's IAM skills shortage

The Intragen Academy exists to close the Identity and Access Management skills gap across Europe. It recruits technical graduates and gives them hands-on training in IAM tools, delivery methodology, and client-facing work, preparing new consultants to join client projects within weeks.
