Intragen recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces in Tech™!

London, United Kingdom, 29th September 2025 — The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list was launched on 25^th September by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Intragen among the list of organisations in the Small & Medium category.

Intragen’s employees anonymously reported that the collaborative, inclusive work culture makes the company a great place to work.

Over the past twelve months, following feedback, Intragen has implemented:

• Five training days per year: The training allowance is divided between four days of job-related training, and one day of personal growth and development training.
• Bonusly for peer recognition and rewards: Allowing employees to make their appreciation of their colleagues fast, visible, and meaningful, while boosting morale and strengthening team bonds.
• BambooHR Performance Management: Giving employees more clarity and support in how their performance and development are handled.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.  The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Analysis of the sector employee survey responses found:

• 84% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ say “I want to work here for a long time” compared to 67% at a typical company in this sector.
