WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Solution Sales Execution
  • Act as a progressive leader by sharing information and driving conversation with prospective customers/ partners to advise customers on IAM transformation
  • Owning and running complex Bids and RFPs
  • Advise on approaches to address specific challenges and the priorities for action
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Work with other members of Intragen’s international Professional Services team to find best in class solutions
  • Have an in depth understanding of Intragen value-add services and solutions and actively help customers gain the best return on investment from their projects

Account Management

  • Lead workshops and other enablement activities to help customers formulate business cases and strategic roadmaps for IAM service evolution
  • Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Internal Coaching

  • Guide, mentor, and line manage more junior members of the sales team 

Partner Management

  • Build strong mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and technology partners

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Demonstrable experience in technology solution sales
  • To be able to identify key stake holders and communicate, present, andinfluenceall levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Able to build relationships with peers and customers while providing clear, concise, and accurate information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions that are the best outcome for the both the client and the company
  • An analytical, proactive, and critical thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively and innovatively
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, with good English language skills, both written and spoken

WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  • An in-depth understanding of the security landscape, technologies, and trends
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the IAM or CIAM field, with proven skills and experience in delivering real-world solutions for businesses
  • Previous experience from any of these technologies: One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ubisecure, Ping Identity, Gluu, Efecte, MIM etc
